Dr Rob Burnett
Dr Rob Burnett is an enthusiastic, patient-friendly and caring dentist who values good communication with his patients, and always strives to provide the highest level of care.
Rob graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2006, with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, and started working full time in a busy private practice in the CBD of Adelaide. He worked in this practice for five years, and was mentored in the CEREC system, and implant dentistry. At the beginning of 2012, he moved to Melbourne to undertake a postgraduate diploma in clinical dentistry (implants) at the University of Melbourne.
Rob recognises the importance of thorough treatment planning, and believes that communication and involving his patients in this process is of great importance and benefit. He has undertaken a number of continuing professional development courses; in dental materials, restorative and aesthetic dentistry, endodontics and implant dentistry, and is a current member of the Australian Dental Association, and the Australasian Osseointegration Society.
He was worked part-time in the special needs department at the Adelaide Dental Hospital, and has travelled to East Timor to carry out volunteer dental work with the Rotary/Lions East Timor Dental Project. Outside of dentistry, Rob is keen on hiking, fishing and travel.
